Good New Movies With Reflection of Past, Present and Future Great Viewing Pleasure

The last couple of years of the first decade of the new millennium were certainly great years for cinema and for good new movies to watch. Many great films were released during those years, giving movie lovers a treat each time they decided to go to the movie theater. During the years 2010 to 2012, we have seen some of the best works of cinema and the best performances from actors and actresses of the entire decade. Just a few of the standouts of that era include Sucker Punch, Rango, Bridesmaids, I Am Number Four, and the continuations of quite a few series including the Harry Potter series, the Twilight series, Toy Story, The X-Men series and many super hero movies. The last couple of years of the decade have certainly been a delight. Here are just a few of the movies movie goers enjoyed during that time.
Some of the top movies of 2010 included the latest installments of popular series, and quite a few superhero movies. The year saw the release of highly anticipated movies like the Expendables, Avatar the Last Airbender, Tron: Legacy, and the Prince of Persia. Some of installments to movies included the third installment of the Toy Story series, Toy Story 3. The movie was met with much acclaim to both audiences and critics, and brought back many memories to those who had seen the first two installments during their childhood. There was also another installment of the Shrek series. Good new movies in this year also saw a new Resident Evil movie, the second Iron Man movie, Sex and the City 2, another Harry Potter movie, and another Twilight movie. It was a great year for fans of those series, or movie series in general. Other standouts include the revamping of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory starring Johnny Depp. Inception was a psychological thriller that was much talked about for its unique form of storytelling. Black Swan was also much talked about, and gained many Academy Award nominations. Despicable Me proved to be a standout amongst animated movies of that year, and is still talked about today.
There were also many new movies 2011 that impressed audiences. It was certainly a big year for superhero movies and action movies. Superheroes such as the Green Lantern, Thor, Captain America, The X-Men, and the Green Hornet got their own feature films. Some standout action flicks included Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Fast Five, Sucker Punch, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Mission Impossible 4, and I Am Number Four. There were quite a few animate movies, such as a 3D Smurfs movie, Kung Fu Panda 2, Hop, and Gnomeo and Juliet. There were some great comedies of 2011, like Bridesmaids, Arthur, Just Go With It, Friends with Benefits, and Mr. Popper's Penguins.
There were of course, many other great movies released during those years. Fans go to see all of their favorite celebrities take on new and surprising roles. They also go to see their favorite series get continuations and sequels, and there were quite a few remakes of older movies, as well as revamps of classics. No matter your style of movie, there are good new movies for you to enjoy with your feet propped up eating some popcorn!
